Data collected
The SMS program stores your phone number, consent source and time, disclosure version, opt-out status, inbound replies, outbound messages, and delivery records. Renders does not require a name or account to join.
Use
Mobile information is used to operate the Renders SMS program: events, ticket access, occasional updates, support, compliance, delivery, and abuse prevention.
Sharing
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We will not share your SMS opt-in data or consent status with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing the Renders SMS program. Service providers, including messaging platforms, phone companies, and hosting vendors, may process this data only as needed to deliver the program or meet legal and carrier requirements.
Retention and deletion
Consent, message, delivery, and suppression records are retained as needed to operate the program, honor opt-outs, resolve delivery issues, and meet legal obligations. A deletion request can be sent to kasper@renders.nyc. A minimal suppression record may be retained so an opted-out number is not contacted again.
